DESCRIPTION:The Beacon Chamber of Commerce is super excited to bring back the Hocus Pocus Halloween\n\nParade this year. Not only are we hosting a parade\, but a whole weekend filled with magic and\n\nfun!\n\n\n\nThis is a family-friendly event\, open to all ages\, where we will all dress up in costume and march\n\ndown Main Street from Bank Square to the dummy light.\n\n\n\nFriday through Sunday\, you are invited to take part in The Black Cat Scavenger Hunt and\n\nCostume Contest!\n\n\n\nThe first participating store you go to\, will give you a Hocus Pocus Care Package\, which will\n\ninclude your Hocus Pocus Passport\, a Trick or Treating Bag\, a numbered pin for the Costume\n\nContest\, a list of participating stores and Halloweekend Specials that stores will be offering\n\nthroughout the weekend! Business owners are the judges of the Costume Contest so be sure to\n\nshow them your good side!\n\n\n\nYou will find participating stores throughout Main Street by locating an Orange Pumpkin in their\n\nwindow. Find the pumpkin\, and then locate the "Black Cat" within the store. Maybe it's high\, or\n\nmaybe it's low\, only those who take on the challenge will know! Once you find the Black Cat\,\n\nyou will receive a stamp on your Hocus Pocus Passport. The more stamps you earn\, the more\n\nprizes you win!\n\n\n\nBeacon's Halloweekend will be scheduled as follows:\n\nFriday\, October 28th\n\n3:30PM to 6:00PM: Trick or Treating on Main Street\n\n\n\nSaturday\, October 29th\n\n2:00PM: Hocus Pocus Halloween Parade\n\n- Lineup begins at 1:30 near the Beacon Welcome Center in Bank Square\, 13 South Ave\n\n2:45PM - 4:00PM: East End Spooky Street\n\n- Listen to Beacon School of Rock music (3:00PM - 3:45PM) and enjoy treats and cider at\n\nThe Roundhouse\n\n- Put on your dancing shoes and get ready to learn the iconic "Thriller" dance in this\n\nworkshop taught by Studio 845 located at the Hudson Valley Brewery (3:15PM -\n\n3:45PM)\n\n\n\nSunday\, October 30th\n\n- Rainy Day for Parade\n\n- Black Cat Scavenger Hunt and Costume Contest continues\n\n- Last Day to use Spooky Specials at participating stores\n\n\n\nMore details can be found on the Beacon Chamber of Commerce Facebook Page
