In LA\, John-Anthony enjoyed his career as local IASTE 80 Grip and later became a Dolly Grip. His film credits include\, The Wire\, Ironman I &II\, and The Informant.  While on the west coast\, John-Anthony would travel up and down the coast and visit small start up breweries.  It is here where he fell in love with building a brewery. In 2010\, John-Anthony decided to return to the area where he grew up and where his family is and start his own production brewery. In 2017\, John-Anthony and his partners opened Hudson Valley Brewery in Beacon NY.
