Blending the perspectives of a seasoned nonprofit executive and board member\, presenters will explore ways an organization's board and management team work together to ensure financial sustainability\, strong oversight\, and decisions to support growth and innovation. The seminar is relevant to everyone who is involved with a nonprofit organization\, small and large and varied levels of experience.\n\n \n\nFinance is every person's business in a nonprofit.\n\nFiscal oversight\, strategy and everyday management practices cross the line between a nonprofits management team and its board of directors.
