The program\, called an Assisted Living Program for a Specialty Population (ALP SP)\, is the first assisted living option in New York State that is specifically designed to meet the needs of low-income\, Medicaid-funded adults with traumatic brain injuries (TBI).\n\n\n\nTo celebrate the launch of the PILOT program\, the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday\, February 20 at 4 p.m. at Dutchess Care Assisted Living\, located at 186 Washington Street\, Poughkeepsie. The event is free and open to the public.
