DESCRIPTION:Join the seniors in the Foodservice Management class at The Culinary Institute of America to celebrate their El Cabaret Español dinner on Saturday\, June 30.\n\nThe Senior class  presents El Cabaret Español\, an evening of Spanish cuisine and entertainment. The night begins with a cocktail and tapas hour held on the picturesque Anton Plaza on the CIA campus in Hyde Park\, with a view of the Hudson River. During this outdoor reception\, guests will have the opportunity to participate in a silent auction. A four-course dinner in Farquharson Hall will follow\, with live music and dancers. We encourage guests to come dressed for the Spanish Cabaret theme! All proceeds from the dinner and silent auction will be donated to a local charity\, Rocky Strong\, and the CIA Side Towel Scholarship.
