Ages 5-11.\n\nJuly 27\, 2026 - July 31\, 2026\n\n1 week\, Monday - Friday\, 9am 4pm\n\nLocation:\n\nSUNY New Paltz\, Smiley Arts Building\n\n1 Hawk Dr. New Paltz\, New York\, 12561\n\n\n\nCreativity thrives as campers explore their artistic abilities\, play games\, and make lasting friendships at Ulster Arts Camp! Our experienced and friendly counselors and teaching artists support fun\, hands-on art-making with various mediums\, including painting\, sculpture\, collage\, animation\, and performances\, based on engaging weekly camp themes. The pieces created at camp will portray your child's individuality\, tapping into each camper's specific interests. \n\n\n\nThe theme for Week 1 is Wizards & Whimsy! Calling all wizards and magic-makers! During this week of camp\, students will get to craft ceramic potion bottles\, construct magic wands and papier-mache wizard's hats\, and explore the whimsy and wonder of art-making! \n\n\n\nA final showcase each Friday will display all of the campers' artwork and show off their learned performances to friends and family. Daily schedules include opening and closing circles\, structured art instruction\, snacks\, lunch\, and outside play.\n\n\n\nEarly drop-off available for an additional $25/day (no earlier than 8:15 am)\n\nLate pick-up available for an additional $25/day (no later than 4:45 pm)\n\nPlease email abby@thearteffect.org or call 845-471-7477 to sign up for early drop-off or late pick-up.
