Our experienced and friendly counselors and teaching artists support fun\, hands-on art-making with various mediums\, including painting\, sculpture\, collage\, animation\, and performances\, based on engaging weekly camp themes. The pieces created at camp will portray your child's individuality\, tapping into each camper's specific interests. \n\n\n\nThe theme for Week 2 is Fungi & Friends! This week of camp is going to be so MUSH fun! Explore the forest floor and all its inhabitants by making toadstool gnome houses\, paint collabrative mushroom landscapes\, and create your own fungi friend! \n\n\n\nA final showcase each Friday will display all of the campers' artwork and show off their learned performances to friends and family. Daily schedules include opening and closing circles\, structured art instruction\, snacks\, lunch\, and outside play.\n\n\n\nEarly drop-off available for an additional $25/day (no earlier than 8:15 am)\n\nLate pick-up available for an additional $25/day (no later than 4:45 pm)\n\nPlease email abby@thearteffect.org or call 845-471-7477 to sign up for early drop-off or late pick-up.
