American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Renewal Class

Description

This abridged course is for those who are recertifying BLS only. The BLS Instructor-led course teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on High-Quality CPR and team dynamics. The course covers CPR techniques for all ages and use of an AED. BLS Provider Course Completion E-Card, valid for two years is issued upon successful completion. This class is most appropriate for those in the healthcare field. Nurses, Doctors, EMS, Lifeguards, etc. Some camps or security professionals may also require BLS. Age 16 and up. Class fee is $85 with the required text or $70 if you already have the required text. This is a 3-hour training. End time is an estimate as individuals may have additional needs, questions or practice. If you are not recertifying or have an expired BLS certification, please see the BLS Provider Course. Class size is limited, and payment is due at the time of registration. Students should register for classes at least 2 weeks in advance whenever possible. Class sizes are restricted meaning that prior registration and payment is required. WE WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE ANY WALK-IN STUDENTS.
