The Cunneen-Hackett Arts Center will host a free public Art Opening Reception for Rachel Williams on Friday, November 3, 2023 from 5pm to 7pm in the Hancock Gallery at 12 Vassar Street, Poughkeepsie, NY.  Rachel Williams creates works of art on a variety of surfaces such as canvas, burlap, wood, paper doilies, library cards, sheet music and vintage paper, and uses a restrained color palette that lends a soothing aspect to her subjects.
