Description
As part of the “Centering the Lives of Black Women and Girls” series, Dr. Ysaÿe Barnwell will present the lecture “A Community Sing” on November 10 at 5:30pm in the Villard Room of Main Building at Vassar College. Barnwell is a recording artist and children’s book author, and will conduct a fun and easy singing session in the “oral tradition,” where the gathered community becomes a choir. This event is free and open to the public.
