Charity Baseball All Star Night, Dutchess Stadium (Rescheduled)

Description

Come celebrate baseball in the Hudson Valley compliments of the 3 Up 3 Down Organization. The Hudson Valley Men's Adult Baseball League (HVMSBL) will play its annual All-Star Game at Dutchess Stadium on Tuesday August 14, 2018 at 7pm. Gates will open 5pm for the annual home run derby (finals). Admission is free and the first 1,000 in attendance will get a certificate for a Renegades hat compliments of 3 Up 3 Down. There will be post-game fireworks. (THIS EVENT WAS RESCHEDULED FROM OUR PREVIOUS DATE OF JULY 27).  Rain date will be Wednesday August 15th.

Nine youth leagues will receive grants to support their programs and four local organization that support those with developmental disabilities will receive grants as well (The Anderson Center for Autism, Green Chimneys, Blue Path Service Dogs and Fragile X Research Foundation). The 9 local leagues are Town of Patterson, Montgomery Little League, East Fishkill Youth Baseball, Town of Poughkeepsie Babe Ruth/Cal Ripken, Town of Kent Recreation, Beekman Athletic Club, Brewster Little League, Town of Wappingers Little League, and Hyde Park Little League.

Rick Zolzer from the Hudson Valley Renegades will announce the game and concessions will be open for the evening. 3 Up 3 Down is currently seeking sponsors and vendors for the evening.  (Due to the dates change, we'll allow up to four additional vendors at no charge for this event).
