Chef Terrance Brennan and The Culinary Institute of America's President Dr. Tim Ryan invite you to a unique culinary event, celebrating the bounty of the Hudson Valley and the return of The Hudson River's iconic Tall Ship Clearwater. Chef Brennan will bring together some of the Hudson Valley's premier chefs, local farmers and vintners at the CIA's scenic Hyde Park campus for a five- course, farm-to-table dinner to benefit Clearwater.
