Description
Diabetes education at NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital is now provided with two free monthly classes focused on helping you control and manage Diabetes, facilitated by Jodie Ferrari, MS, RD, CDN, Clinical Nutrition Manager. Topics include: reducing risks, meal planning, grocery shopping tips, and how to make healthy choices during social dining or dining out. The classes are held on the first and third Friday of each month.
