33rd Dutchess County Executive’s Arts Awards Thursday, October 3, 2019 5:30pm Cocktails and Silent Auction 7pm Seated Dessert and Awards Presentation Villa Borghese - 70 Widmer Rd., Wappingers Falls, NY Arts Mid-Hudson, formerly the Dutchess County Arts Council, has presented the Dutchess County Executive’s Arts Awards Program since 1986. This event is one way that we recognize and publicly applaud the many individuals, arts organizations, arts educators, businesses and corporations that contribute to a rich quality of life here. 2019 Awardees: Artivist – Edward Benavente Arts in Education – ENTA – Education Network for Teachers & Artists, Inc.
