Description
Join the Health & Wellness Steering Committee of the Chamber for a Family Bike Ride and Safety Rodeo.
Experts from The Pleasant Valley Bike Shop will offer bike fittings and inspections, helmet fittings, and more to attendees from 10-11 a.m. in the Gold's Gym - Lagrange parking lot near the entrance to the Dutchess Rail Trail. Then, stay for a fun family-friendly Trivia contest and bike ride along the trail.
