Fishkill Farms is partnering with John Lekic at Le Express and his Farmers and Chefs food truck to put on an exquisite farm to table dining experience right here on our property! The four-course meal will be crafted to showcase the finest produce the Hudson Valley has to offer, including our very own organic vegetables and sustainably grown fruit. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
