Friends of the Poughkeepsie Library Used Book Store 1st Anniversary Celebration

Description

The four winning designs of a children's bookmark design contest will be unveiled at noon at the first anniversary celebration of the Friends of the Poughkeepsie Library District Used Book Store. Cake & refreshments will follow the announcement of the bookmark contest winners. There also will be a craft station for children from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. supervised by Poughkeepsie artist Yvonne Laube, and all store visitors throughout the day will be encouraged to enter their names in an hourly drawing for a free book. Store is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesdays. Thursdays & Saturdays.
