Great Strides is the CF Foundation’s largest national
fundraising event, which continues to gain momentum,
year after year, generating over $35 million
nationwide. Inspired by the difference the CF
Foundation is making in the lives of those touched by
the disease, tens of thousands of co-workers, friends,
and family come together each year as one community
for one cause – to find a cure for cystic fibrosis.
