Putnam Hospital Center will host a no-cost, educational luncheon in honor of Heart Month. A nutritious meal will be served while the audience hears from cardiologist Dr. Dr. Anthony Messina, The Heart Center, about risk factors, advanced treatments, blood pressure guidelines and more. Indrani Dhar, Putnam Hospital Center’s clinical nutrition supervisor, will also speak about heart-healthy foods.
