Heart-Healthy Lunch and Learn – Rhinebeck

Northern Dutchess Hospital will host a no-cost, educational luncheon in honor of Heart Month. A nutritious meal will be served while the audience hears from cardiologist Dr. Douglas Kroll, The Heart Center, about risk factors, advanced treatments, blood pressure guidelines and more. Roufia Payman, Northern Dutchess Hospital’s nutrition counselor, will also speak about heart-healthy foods.
