The Hudson Valley Community Wellness Day will be taking place on September 26th from 11am-3pm at The Net inside Gold's Gym in Poughkeepsie. This family fun day will be filled with 50+ Local Vendors, Guest Speakers, Health Screenings, Health Information, Food Demonstrations and Children's Activities! We are still accepting vendors and sponsors for this amazing event!! (We do have a flyer as well on this event!)
