If you think Riesling is a sweet wine, then... THINK AGAIN!
That’s right, some of it is bone dry, depending on the country of origin and the style a producer wants to create. It can range from steely dryness to luxuriously viscous and sweet.
The finest examples also display highly sought after notes of Petrol. While it may sound unappealing, it is utterly awesome and complex. (If you think Petrol sounds bad, think about “cat’s pee,” used to describe Sauvignon Blanc).
We will be there to guide you which foods these wines pair best with, to enhance your eating and drinking pleasure.
