When it comes to the nonprofit world, the delivery of a mission statement is only as strong as the team standing behind it. From employees to board members and all of the volunteers in between, how do we engage, motivate and retain when money is not the most important factor?
"Keeping Your Key People" will be an interactive workshop presented by Kate Rabe of Kate Rabe Consulting and will focus on the importance of communication, company culture, and employee motivation for all levels of nonprofit organizations.
