OPEN HOUSE: Masters Swimming With Hudson Valley Dolphins

Hudson Valley Dolphins U.S. Masters Swimming is hosting an OPEN HOUSE from January 8th through January 12th. Enjoy a free trial week of swimming. U.S. Masters is an adult swimming program open to swimmers of all abilities who are 18 years old and older. The program ranges from those who are new to lap swimming, to marathon & tri-athletes looking for training, to lifelong swimmers wanting just to exercise. Practices will be led by USA Swimming registered coaches and provide workouts from challenging for those athletes looking to train to a less strenuous workout designed for health and fitness. An overall focus will be in creating a sense of team and camaraderie.
