Description
The National Alliance on Mental Illness Mid-Hudson Chapter is offering a FREE twelve week evidence based educational program for Families, Caretakers, and partners of individuals with behavioral health issues. This course provides educational information and teaches communication skills to better cope with their loved ones with behavioral health issues such as: major depression, bipolar disorder, schizoeffective disorder, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, panic disorder, PTSD, OCD, co-occurring brain disorders, and addictive disorders. Classes are offered in Dover Plains, Poughkeepsie, and Kingston.
