Join us for an unforgettable experience as yoga teacher Brigid Murray incorporates service dog puppies into a slow flow vinyasa practice. Expect ridiculously cute puppies and occasional mass hilarity. Not to be missed! Register here.

About Brigid Murray

Brigid is a Registered Yoga Teacher (200) with over 25 years of teaching experience. She is described as “telepathic in her ability to quiet the mind and instruct you into the sweet spot of a pose” while maintaining focus on alignment, self-awareness, and acceptance. Brigid completed her training at Scottsdale's at One Yoga and is honored to have studied with many amazing teachers, including Tao Porchon-Lynch, Seane Corn, Steve Ross, and Ian Lopatin.
