Description
Religious studies expert Robert Orsi will deliver the annual Frederic C. Wood Lecture on “Religious Dimensions of the Catholic Clergy Sexual Abuse Crisis” on Wednesday, March 29 at 5:00pm in Taylor Hall, Room 203, at Vassar College. Orsi’s lecture draws from his extensive research on Catholicism and uses both historical and ethnographic methods to study religion in modern America. Orsi has authored several award-winning books and is Professor of Religious Studies and History and Grace Craddock Nagle Chair in Catholic Studies at Northwestern University. This event is free and open to the public.
