Restorative Yoga in the Cave

All yoga classes take place in our Himalayan Salt Cave and are an intimate experience with a max of four participants. Yoga classes are a combined YOGA/HALOTHERAPY event. Come de-stress, get rejuvenated and feel ultra relaxed in a unique yoga/halotherapy experience!
Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga poses, the muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It is a unique and deeply soothing feeling, as the yoga props (such as straps, blocks and bolsters), rather than the muscles, are used to support the body. All of our yoga classes will also include the exploration of pranayama (breath control), mudras (energy seals performed with the fingers and hands), hands on adjustments (optional), essential oils (optional) and plenty of time for a blissful savasana (a pose often used for deep relaxation and meditation at the end of a session).
