The second-annual Rhinebeck Arts Festival (formerly the Hudson Valley Arts Festival), September 26, 27, 28, 2014, will be a celebration of artistic expression in its many forms with a main focus on craft and visual art. Much more than a craft show, much more than an art show, it will be a celebration of the very concept of creativity. This exciting shopping experience will bring shoppers from across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts and beyond to this destination event not to miss. Enthusiastic show-goers can expect to see over 200 outstanding artists and craftspeople, a showcase of the Hudson Valley Furniture Makers, interactive experiences, exceptional live music, inspiring dance performances, book signings, craft and art demonstrations, hands-on art encounters, children's activities, gourmet food purveyors, delicious concessions and more! Show hours are Friday, September 26 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, September 27 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, September 28 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. General admission is $10, seniors are $9, children 6-16 are $4 and children under 6 are free. Group discount rates are available. The Dutchess County Fairgrounds are located at 6550 Spring Brook Avenue (Route 9) in Rhinebeck, New York. There is free parking and the show is rain or shine.
