Rise of the Matriarch is an interactive workshop for the Woman who feels like she doesn't own her life. During this 90min workshop, we will discuss some of the narratives that were projected on to you as a young girl that you have lived with thus far. We will explore what you believe to be true about you, what you want to be true about you, and what you know to be true about. There will be mini exercises and reflective prompts so you can begin to write the story of your life because you are the Author!
