Spring Essay Contest

Spring has arrived, if you can ignore the snow still on the ground, and Riverfront Doula would like to invite you to share some warm thoughts with the rest of us. A doulas role is all about support, but your doula is not your only support person as you go through life. If you are a mother, or mother-to-be, we want to hear about the person who has been your strongest supporter. Please submit a 400-500 word essay describing your biggest support person, and what kind of an impact they have made in your life. It can be your mother, your partner, a sibling, a coach, a childhood best friend… you get the idea. The winner will receive a $50 gift certificate at Il Barilotto Enoteca located on Main Street in Fishkill, and their essay will be featured in a guest blog post on Riverfront Doula's website. All essay entries must be received by April 30th, 2015. Our favorite essay will be chosen and announced on May 4th, 2015.
