Come out and Support, Stomp, Shout, and Dance! Lots of Awesome Raffle Prizes... FREE Mental Health Information! Tickets are sold at the door. $20 Adults, $15 14-17 years old. ALL proceeds go back to fund our free early intervention, prevention programs in Dutchess and Ulster Counties. MEGA Bokwa- Zumba Fundraiser for the National Alliance on Mental Illness Mid-Hudson Chapter (NAMI-MH). Come out and Stomp OUT the Stigma associated with mental illness and support the importance of mental health. Without Mental Health, you have NO Health! NAMI is one of the largest 501(c)(3) mental health organizations in the nation dedicated to helping the 1 in 4 Americans and 1 in 5 children affected by mental illness. We provide supportive services, FREE education, and advocate for families, caregivers, and individuals that are affected by mental illness.
