Summer Horse Camp

Description

Lucky Orphans Horse Rescue offers seven, week-long summer horse day camp sessions beginning June 27th through August 12th - come for one week or come for all! Camp is a great experience for children ages 5+ of all riding levels. Campers learn everything from how to properly feed a horse a carrot to equine first aid to different styles of riding. Throughout the week campers do a variety of activities such as trail riding, mounted games, and arts and crafts - all the while learning the proper way to care for horses. Campers ride twice a day for full day camp and once a day for half day. Camp is a great chance to learn about horses, have fun & make great new friends! Half Day: M-F, 9:00 - 12:00, $225.00 per week Full Day: M-F, 9:00 - 4:00, $350.00 per week Before & After-camp care available from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. for an additional $10 per hour.
