As a valued member of our small business community in NY-18, you are invited to a Zoom Update on Thursday 5/21 at 12 pm with Congressman Pat Ryan to discuss tariff refunds after recent Supreme Court decisions striking down certain tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA). Congressman Ryan will provide a brief update, followed by a guest speaker from the New York Small Business Development Corporation who will provide guidance on IEEPA tariff eligibility and the government refund portal.
