Join the seniors in the Foodservice Management class at The Culinary Institute of America to celebrate their El Cabaret Español dinner on Saturday, June 30.
The Senior class  presents El Cabaret Español, an evening of Spanish cuisine and entertainment. The night begins with a cocktail and tapas hour held on the picturesque Anton Plaza on the CIA campus in Hyde Park, with a view of the Hudson River. During this outdoor reception, guests will have the opportunity to participate in a silent auction. A four-course dinner in Farquharson Hall will follow, with live music and dancers. We encourage guests to come dressed for the Spanish Cabaret theme! All proceeds from the dinner and silent auction will be donated to a local charity, Rocky Strong, and the CIA Side Towel Scholarship. Make your reservations soon, as the event is limited to 110 guests!
Rocky Strong provides financial assistance to caregivers and their seriously ill family members in Dutchess County and the surrounding area.
The CIA?s Side Towel Scholarship provides students who proved themselves professionally in the kitchens at the CIA with financial assistance to complete their college degree.

This event is presented by CIA bachelor?s degree students. These future stars in the hospitality industry are responsible for all of the evening?s planning and execution, from menu development to the overall ambiance and design of the event.
