The Ad should be submitted at 1920x1080 pixels, or approximately 10 x 6” (landscape layout). Acceptable formats are PDF, JPG, or EPS. Minimum file size of 500MB, or as high resolution as possible. *
Or if you decide to submit a logo and text, logos should be PDF, JPG, or EPS format.

Payment in advance is required in order to expedite the check-in process. Cancellations less than 24-hours from the event and no-shows will be charged the full ticket price.
Description
The ATHENA Awards reception will recognize honorees' accomplishments in their careers, community volunteer involvement, and willingness to serve as a mentor, especially uplifting women in the business community.
Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be provided at the reception, with a cash bar, followed by a seated dessert during the ceremony. All proceeds will benefit the good work of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce and The Chamber Foundation, Inc.
-2026 Honorees will be announced in October.
