The 5th Annual Mid-Hudson Walk for Celiac Disease at the Walkway Over the Hudson, followed by a gluten-free fair with gluten free food, beer, music, prizes and information. There will be a gluten free cooking demo followed by a gluten free baking demo from the CIA. Hosted by Joe Daily of Q-92 Lite FM, the event is $20 if you pre-register and includes a goody bag, t-shirt and bottle of water! Rain or shine...kids under 12 are free--dogs are welcome!
