U.S. Masters Swimming with the Dolphins Swim Club

The Dolphins Swim Club of the Hudson Valley (a non-profit swim club) is now offering U.S. Masters Swimming. It is an adult swimming program open to swimmers of all abilities who are 18 years old and older. From those who are new to lap swimming, to marathon & tri-athletes looking for training, to lifelong swimmers looking to exercise. Practices will be led by USA Swimming registered coaches and provide workouts from challenging for those athletes looking to train to a less strenuous workout focused on health and fitness. An overall focus will be in creating a sense of team and comradeship.
