Description
Hang Man is the second Inside Look workshop featured in the 2017 Powerhouse season. In the present day, in the backwoods of Mississippi, a Black man is found hanging from a tree. Is this a legacy of our nation’s tragic history? A bizarre random act? Both? Nothing is quite what it seems in this surreal, funny, raw portrait of a town wrestling to seek meaning in life and death.
