Part of the O+ Poughkeepsie festival, Wellness EXPO+ showcases the best in health and allied professional services from a variety of disciplines promoting whole-person wellness and well-being. Featuring meditation, yoga, gong sound healing, and musical performances. The Wellness EXPO+ is sponsored by MidHudson Regional Hospital.
