Wellness Connection Millbrook is located in the rear of the building. Parking access is from either Franklin Avenue the driveway is to the left of the building, or from Reservior Drive the driveway is directly across from the Town of Washington Town Hall.
Description
This workshop is a weekly at Wellness Connection Millbrook. We discuss Metabolic Syndrome - what it is, how it affects the body, and how to rectify it. We discuss foods and their nutritional content - what foods will make you gain weight, and what foods help you lose weight. What foods are Simple and Complex Carbs.
