Join the Dutchess-Ulster American Heart Association in celebrating the 10 year anniversary of the BetterU Program and the 2019 BetterU participants as they begin this journey to a complete heart makeover. The 12-weeks of personal training/3-month membership with Gold's Gym, group support, nutrition advice, and more will culminate in these ladies attending the Go Red for Women Luncheon on November 8, 2019 at The Grandview, to celebrate their success. The 2019 Go Red for Women Luncheon is chaired by Denise Doring VanBuren of Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation.
