Join us in celebrating Spring in the Hudson Valley during our Cider Pairing Brunch! This brunch will feature 3 courses paired with one of our Cider House exclusive ciders with each dish in addition to a welcome drink in our brand-new upstairs tasting room. Each dish is carefully curated by the talented Anthony Mario utilizing locally sourced ingredients. There are two different brunch sessions at 10am-12pm and 1pm-3pm. Each table can have 2 guests minimum and 4 maximum. Brunch is 21+ and $50 per person. A mask must be worn at all times except while seated at your table. Brunch will be held rain or shine. Entrée - Warm Quiche Lorraine-locally smoked bacon, Calkins creamy cheese fresh herbs, all set in a flaky crust served with local greens, radish, Locally sourced goat cheese, honey and red wine vinaigrette. Dessert - Spring time trifle in a jar- Madagascar vanilla pastry cream, chefs chocolate pound cake, fresh berries and whipped cream.
