We'll chat with panelists Michael Oats, President, Hudson Valley Economic Development Corporation, Sarah Salem, Council Member, City of Poughkeepsie Common Council, Ward 2, and Joe Czajka, Senior Vice President for Research, Development & Community Planning at Pattern for Progress, and more.
