Information will be presented by Assistant Dutchess County Executive Ron Hicks, with additional legal contract and State Liquor Authority guidance presented by Jessica Glass, Partner at Stenger, Diamond & Glass/SDG Law. There will be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions.
